I finally have fibre, but for the past three years, have been using SWMB. It has been a wonderful stop gap when it works with speeds of up to 65MB/s and wifi installed all over the house and annex. SWMB have always been helpful in getting to get to the root cause of the problem, but the cause of the problem is always EE. They don’t always tell you the truth about whether the mast is working or not, but that is the only frustration as the mobile phone company is the ISP. It is frustrating when this happens but when the EE mast works, which it does 99.9% of the time, the whole system works wonderfully.
